Brunello di Montalcino

Wine Dinner

with Casisano

We are thrilled to launch our first wine dinner in the new Dear Emilia restaurant with one of our favorite regions, Brunello di Montalcino.

Montalcino is a place of nuance. Its Sangiovese-based wines are powerful, complex, and shaped directly by their terroir. Casisano is a clear case study of the region, producing a classic range that offers insight into this special place. With vineyards at higher elevations around the hilltop, these wines show energy, structure, and longevity. These have been among our favorite Brunellos for years.

Owned by the Tommasi family since 2015, Casisano continues a traditional approach to winemaking, pairing Montalcino’s unique terroir with generations of family knowledge honed across their Veneto estates.

The evening will be guided by Tommasi Family Estates Brand Ambassador, Paride Nardotto, who will offer insight into the family philosophy and what’s behind each glass, alongside a five course menu from the Dear Emilia culinary team. The wines include two vintages of Rosso di Montalcino, the 2020 Brunello di Montalcino, and a mini vertical of the flagship single vineyard, Colombaiolo. Six wines in total.

Join us for an intimate setting, gathered around our community table, with conversation, discovery, and connection. This promises to be an evening to remember.
